Spell Check would help the protestor look smarter, but he is the one in the right. The cop is being a complete jerk. I hope the protestor sued them for false imprisonment or something.

I suspect there may be several law suits against both the state and various municipalities that have arrested persons on charges that have now been dismissed. About seven arrests the DPS made at the state capitol have been dismissed without prosecution and the same for some other municipalities like San Antonio.
