UMHB took it to Howard Payne University today in Brownwood. The win gives The Cru at least a tie in the ASC Championship. The Cru won 84-13! There're several records set.
1. Record number of points.
2. Tied the number of interceptions with six (6).
3. Longest interception return for a touchdown with 100 plus yards.
4. Not sure if this is a record but...11 interceptions in two games.
Every Cru player that traveled to Brownwood played and both the offense and defense were firing on all cylinders. There were a few hiccups during the game, but they seemed to be few and far between. Once again the video feed for the game wasn't streaming and only had the radio play by play to listen to the game so I don't if there was a problem with bad snaps.
Just one regular season game left with East Texas Baptist University up in Marshal.
