He still is. Tries to play a QB at times. :)

I think the definition of star quarterback has gone down in recent years. The guy isn't even an above average quarterback right now. He may become a good quarterback if he stays healthy but will never reach the great or star quarterback status. It's kinda like calling soldiers heroes for doing their job. Soldiers become heroes when they go above and beyond.
