My son and I listened to this game on the way home from The AlamoBowl last night. As you know he is a huge Tech fan and he was going crazy in the car. We got home in time to see the last 5 minutes of it on TV. It was a great game. I bet we will see big things from Tech next year. Kingsbury brought them a long way this year.

We all know Kingsbury knows how to develop QB's. He's Johnny Manziel's former QB coach. His QB at tech is only a freshman. Tech has some real good years ahead.

Tech usually seems to do well and surprise folks in bowl games.

Well, consider they played Minnesota before. And we all know how Minnesota has their usual 4th quarter collapses in bowl games. :)

Like Ohio State. They can't handle speed teams. They are good in the mud and snow.:))

Owl - the Buckeyes had 2 of their best 3 defensive players out.
Still, they had the win until the last few minutes.

Sure did, but the sun still came up.
It wasn't the end of the world.
There's more to life than football.

The bowl games seemed pretty good. Loved the underdogs winning. Found myself cheering for Oklahoma for a change. not sure what to feel for the Champion game. Not an FSU fan but I am tired of the SEC winning every year.

Anything can happen in these games. Wouldn't surprise me to see Auburn win. But I'm like you - tired of the SEC.

If A&M was still in the Big 12 you'd want the other guy to win.

Exactly but they're not so I gotta root for the SEC now. Don't get me wrong, as much as I like to see the conference successful as a whole, I still get a smile when I see Bama or Auburn lose! :)

Right on, Mr. Bond. Add LSU and Florida to that list also.
