She was obviously a passenger in a car that was traveling down 190 in Killeen.
She was commenting on the idiot drivers there, you know, such niceties as "that stupid son of a *****", "look out, a$$****", etc.
She will obviously grow up and be a politician because she loves to talk in gibberish.

Too cute! My son used to do something similar, just not that lengthy. :) They sure know what they're saying, though, don't they? :)

Its sad but at some point that guy was probably cool. Kids have a way of doing that to people:))
