Interesting cosmetic surgery offer for the military. What about vets and military retirees? Do they do liposuction?

Just a side note: Nothing they have on sale is "cosmetic surgery."

I go to Rain once every 2-3 weeks for a hydrafacial. If you have never had one, I can NOT suggest this procedure enough. Your skin will thank you! If you have any questions about the procedure, please feel free to PM me.
